Anti-Doping Advice Card 2012

The 2012 advice card came into effect on 1 January 2012. 
The advice card has been tailored towards elite and high performance athletes, however, athletes of all levels, as well as coaches, parents and athlete support personnel may also find this a useful resource as a quick reference guide to anti-doping.
The card offers information about how to check medications, the risks of using supplements, competing in major events, and provides a step-by-step guide to sample collection procedures, as well as other important anti-doping information.
The newly designed card is now in our 100% me design which is recognised by athletes nationwide and is reflective of our supportive and athlete-friendly approach.

Prohibited List 2012

The Prohibited List is published every year by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).

An updated version is published on UK Anti-Doping’s website every January.

Global DRO

Global DRO is a useful online drug reference website which enables athletes and players to check if everyday medications contain prohibited substance(s).

The website has now been optimised for smartphones enabling athletes to check their medications on the go.

Report Doping Sport

In June 2010, UK Anti-Doping launched REPORT DOPING IN SPORT - a 24-hour confidential phone line to support the fight against doping in sport.

Hosted by Crimestoppers, the phone line provides a strictly confidential service to athletes, support personal and concerned family and friends to securely pass on information to UK Anti-Doping.
