BWL has a range of courses covering both fitness and the weightlifting discipline.


Weightlifting is not only a sport but a discipline which assists other sports and is an important contribution to health and fitness.


Course material is provided prior to commencement of all courses, and each course will have its own designated amount of pre-course material to ensure candidates are prepared for the course and that contact time with the tutor is not wasted.


Some of our courses are currently being rewritten to include more appropriate content, modern learning resources and materials, and an improved assessment.

Refunds policy

For course cancellations 50% of the cost will be refunded to the candidate if BWL is informed at least 14 days prior to the course. For cancellations less than 14 days before the course, no refund is given. Candidates not able to attend the course they are booked on to will have the option of transferring their place to a different course at a later date.
