Bournemouth Barbell Open Competition
BOURNEMOUTH BARBELL Weightlifting Club is holding an OPEN Weightlifitng Competition on the 29th October 2011.
Records Smashed at Empire Open
The Empire team held another competition on the 9th of July with the help of Steve Cannon which was again a great success.
British U11 & U13 Development Cup
THE BEST of Britain's youngest lifters will show off their talant this weekend at Empire Sports Club in Bristol whilst competing at the British Under 11 & Under 13 Development Cup.
