Weightlifting Scotland
Weightlifting Scotland held its Annual General Meeting on Saturday, 14th May 2011 at the offices of Sport Scotland. The Scottish Weightlifting clubs elected a new Executive Board which will hold office until after the 2014 Commonwealth Games held in Glasgow. The officers elected are:
Chairman David Webster, OBE
Vice Chairman John McNiven, MBE
Secretary Colin Hannah
Director Jim Holland
Director Alex Phillip
Head Coach Charlie Hamilton
Further appointments will be made and confirmed at the Executive Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, 2nd June.
