The London & South East division of British Weight Lifting consists of the following counties:
Milton Keynes. Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, West Berkshire, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex, Greater London, Kent and Essex.
Upcoming Competitions
The London & South East U23 and U20 Championships are set to take place on September 14th. The last date for entry will be September 2nd.
The London & South East Universities and Colleges Championships will take place on January 11th 2014.
